Coronavirus Recommendations & Precautions

Although there have been no cases reported that are connected to our school community, we have intensified our daily and weekend disinfecting of all buildings in order to help prevent the spread of any germs

Faculty and staff are also wiping down frequently-touched surfaces and reminding children to wash hands and take the preventative measures described below. Signs throughout all buildings also act as reminders.

From the CDC (Centers for Disease Control):

  • Stay home if you have any respiratory symptoms. Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, and throw it in the trash can.
  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with 60%-95% alcohol.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects.

Information about the virus and its spread does change frequently.
We will keep you updated as new information becomes available.
