Full-time Bookkeeper/Office Admin
We are seeking a full-time bookkeeper/office administrator. Candidate must be detail-oriented and highly organized with experience in preparing and processing monthly accounting transactions and assisting in maintaining sound financials and internal controls. The successful candidate will have knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Candidate must be highly organized, reliable, and possess exceptional time management skills. Duties will include:
- managing petty cash
- GL reconciliations
- assisting in preparing audit files and schedules
- helping to prepare monthly reports
- other duties as assigned by the Head of School.
Experience in Independent Schools a plus. Ability to participate fully in the life of the school, be a team-player, a supportive colleague, and contributing member of the professional community.
