On Thursday, December 1st, Senator Jack Martins visited VSS. He received an "Excellence in Education" award from VSS and he also had an opportunity to address the VSS student body. He opened up the floor to questions and our students really rose to the occasion. Senator Martins commented on the quality and the relevance of questions asked by our students. He was so impressed that he posted his visit to VSS on his own personal website. When asked about VSS Senator Martins' commented, “The Vincent Smith School does an outstanding job in providing a well-rounded education. The school also provides a nurturing environment in which the students can succeed.”
