When you vote for a person seeking an elected office, you expect to be well represented. Vincent Smith students “went to the polls” and voted in a new ticket of political leadership. Vincent Smith School is a private independent day school that has a rich history dating back to 1924. The first elections recorded at the school were in 1937. There is a legacy of great student government leadership that must not be taken lightly. Candidates campaigned for a few weeks with the help of fellow student volunteers and then presented their position to schoolmates prior to the vote.
President Andrew Smith, Vice President Richard Feller, Treasurer Max Berenson and Secretary Blair Laventhal and took office a few days after their counterparts were put through the grind of local, county and state level elections.
